Why was PR your chosen career?
My passion for writing and researching further developed whilst studying journalism at university. Therefore, I wanted a career that involves not only writing and researching, but even more responsibilities. So, PR seemed like a perfect fit.
If you hadn’t chosen a career in PR what would you be doing?
Probably still something where I could write. Maybe writing children’s storybooks, which seems creative and fun whilst still being able to incorporate my passion of writing.
What’s the best piece of advice you have ever been given?
“This too shall pass” – Tom Hanks.
If you won the lottery, how would you spend it?
I’d find a rundown chateau in the French countryside which I’d have the pleasure of renovating. Then, I’d build an animal rescue centre and spend the rest of my days relaxing in the sun whilst caring for animals.
What’s the worst job you’ve ever had?
In a call centre. Only took a few phone calls of rude comments and people hanging up on me to realise I had been misled into a cold-calling job, longest six hours of my life!
If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
Definitely a dog! Imagine how amazing it must be to get to see your best friend every day. Plus, the added bonus of lots of attention and treats.
If you could, would you live forever and why/why not?
If amazing technological advances into space travel would be possible then yes. Interstellar is one of my favourite films so I’d love to be able explore the vastness of space and discover other planets.
Who are your top three dream dinner party guests?
Lady C, Alyssa Edwards and Gemma Collins. They are three individuals who I couldn’t ever picture in a room together, imagine the conversation! It would truly be a once in a lifetime opportunity.
