The company wanted to amplify its message, highlighting its Team Effectiveness in the Workplace 2025 report. To support this goal, we created a bespoke media relations programme, targeting the HR and workplace performance space to generate meaningful coverage in the right places.
To help Strengthscope stand out in a crowded HR landscape, Skout carefully analysed the Team Effectiveness in the Workplace 2025 report to pinpoint the most newsworthy insights. We identified compelling angles around hybrid working, team dynamics, and leadership challenges, and used these to shape a targeted media relations strategy. This approach enabled us to craft timely, relevant stories that resonated with journalists and positioned Strengthscope as a go-to expert in strengths-based development. In just three months, the programme delivered 22 pieces of coverage, secured using a number of different media tactics including: press releases and media alerts, thought leadership articles and a reactive feature programme.
43% of the coverage secured was placed in tier 1 media: including leading HR publications including HR Grapevine, WorkLife, and UNLEASH and 78% of all coverage secured featured backlinks to the report’s landing page.
